Over the past several events, here are some of the lessons learned: the optimal number of participants per table is about six, give or take. This allows each team to pool their brain power while allowing individuals to contribute. Some venues take reservations, and, at others, we grab tables as our party arrives. Both scenarios work best when members and their guests arrive as close to 5 pm as possible.
