Newcomers Club of Greater Huntsville

Alabama is currently under an amended Safer at Home order that encourages individuals to stay home and follow good sanitation practices. The Order also requires non-work gatherings to maintain 6 feet of distance between persons not from the same household. The logistics of coordinating social distancing guidelines remains difficult for our regular Club activities. Therefore, all scheduled close contact events are cancelled through 2020. Instead of our regular events, we have created a number of virtual activities. Please see our calendar and feel free to contact us with questions about membership and/or these fun new opportunities to enjoy and meet our members. Thank you for your patience during this time as we continue this conservative approach to avoid unnecessary risks to our membership.

About Us

We are a friendship-based organization over 200 members strong - a fabulous group of women spanning in age from the 20s to the 90s who have relocated to Sweet Home Alabama from all corners of the world.

We're single and married, working and retired, active and social, and united in our love for Huntsville.

Founded in 1980, we offer as many as 20 gatherings and events each month.

In keeping with our tradition of providing social opportunities to our members, NCGH is non-sectarian, non-political, and non-commercial. Women who have moved to the Huntsville area within the last three years are eligible to join, and we would love to meet you!
